Ebony trained at the Bird College of Performing Arts. As well as appearing in many West End musicals, she has performed much of Matthew Bourne’s repertoire in his company, New Adventures, including being an original company member in The Picture of Dorian Gray (Sadler's Wells and UK tour), Mrs Dross in Nutcracker! (UK tour), Mercedes and alternate Lana in The Car Man (Sadler's Wells and UK tour) and Mrs Charity Upton in Edward Scissorhands (USA tour).
