Robin Bigwood (Visiting Piano/Theory Tutor)

Robin studied Harsichord at the Royal College of Music, before going on to win the Broadwood Harpsichord Competition in 1995. He has played in most of the UK's major festivals, given South Bank and Wigmore Hall Master Series recitals, made numerous radio broadcasts, and toured in Europe and the United States. His contributions to recordings of Telemann, Boismortier and Dornel on the Linn and Naxos labels have met with critical acclaim. He is also a Music Technology expert, regularly reviewing and writing for the magazine Sound on Sound.
